At TensylAI, we believe privacy is the foundation of effective AI orchestration. This policy explains how we handle data within the TensylAI “Forge” platform and our “AI Canvas” environment.

1. Our Role in the AI Ecosystem

TensylAI operates primarily as a Service Provider / Data Processor.

  • Your Data, Your Ownership: We do not own the data you input into our platform.
  • Orchestration, Not Training: TensylAI does not use your proprietary business data or prompts to train our base models. We use metadata to provide you with “Workflow Scoring” and “Nudges,” but your competitive secrets remain yours.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to orchestrate your AI workflows:

  • Account Information: Name, business email, and authentication credentials.
  • Orchestration Metadata: Data about how AI agents are used (e.g., latency, success rates of “Nudges,” and WAU metrics) to power our “Fitbit for AI” dashboard.
  • Integration Tokens: If you connect your own LLM providers (Direct-to-Provider), we store these tokens in an encrypted, hardware-isolated vault.

3. How We Use Data

  • Workflow Scoring: To calculate your “AI Adoption Score” and identify manual workflows that can be automated.
  • Agent Execution: To route “Intelligence Units” (Human + Agent tasks) to the appropriate model provider.
  • Shadow AI Mitigation: To provide administrators with visibility into AI usage across the organization, reducing the risk of unsecured “Shadow AI” instances.

4. AI Governance & Human-in-the-Loop

Our platform is designed with “Governance by Design”:

  • Audit Trails: We maintain detailed logs of AI-driven decisions for your internal compliance and “Jedi Committee” reviews.
  • Human Validation: Our HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) architecture ensures that sensitive data processing always includes a manual checkpoint where required by your specific configuration.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We only share data with third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) as necessary to execute your specific requests.

  • Enterprise Shields: We prioritize providers that offer “Zero-Retention” modes.
  • No Sale of Data: TensylAI does not—and will never—sell your personal or business data to third parties.

6. Security & Deletion

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
  • The Right to be Forgotten: Upon termination of service, we provide a “Clean Slate” protocol to purge your data from our orchestration logs within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
